True healing is multidimensional, encompassing body, mind, emotions, and spirit.  This session moves beyond the physical and enters the energetic body of healing. Receive gentle guidance and energetic alignment in combination with herbal medicine to help access deeper transformation.

Reconnect with your own intuitive knowing and begin to move toward more mindful choices by listening to what your body is asking through the symptoms you’re experiencing.

This session includes herbal medicine protocol (as needed), lifestyle / nutrition recommendations, intuitive coaching and energy healing.
