Dani Ortman is a Registered Clinical Herbalist, Certified Intuitive Coach, and founder of Angelica Herbal. Inspired by her own transformative experiences with herbal medicine and a lifelong calling to the healing arts, Dani returned to school to pursue formal training as a herbalist. She graduated with highest honours from Pacific Rim College in 2025, completing 500+ clinical hours, and over 1200 hours in biomedical sciences and Western herbal sciences.
As a lifelong student of ancient wisdom traditions—beginning with early experiences of intuitive knowing and celestial resonance—Dani has studied plant spirit medicine, intuition, quantum healing, and energy work. Before stepping onto the path of the healing arts, she spent 15 years mastering her craft as a handweaver, specializing in textile arts and plant-based dyes. These creative roots continue to inform her holistic approach, weaving together tradition, intuition, and artistry.
Dani’s personal journey is rooted in practices such as Vipassana meditation, dreamwork, breathwork, womb awakening, oracular mediumship, healing the witch wound, soul retrieval and mindfulness practices. She believes learning is a lifelong process, thoughtfully integrating new skills and insights to more fully support clients on their own multidimensional healing journeys.
