When leaves begin to sprout from tiny seeds you planted years ago, you are reminded that following your heart always has a plan—one that is wildly wiser than you.

In April, I proudly graduated with highest honours from Pacific Rim College’s Western Herbal Medicine diploma program. This journey offered me the chance to push beyond self-imposed limits and experience profound self-expansion. I completed over 500 clinical hours alongside more than 1,200 hours of study in biomedical and Western herbal sciences.

Following graduation, I embarked on a meaningful mentorship with plant spirits 🪶, immersing myself more deeply to receive direct teachings from the plants themselves ✨. Guided by many skilled herbalists and alongside extraordinary peers 👩‍🎓, I am hopeful and confident that the future of herbal healthcare is bright—and in truly capable hands 🤲🪴💚.
