Intuitive Coaching provides gentle, heart-centred guidance for deep soul exploration and inner self-work.

In our sessions, you will be intuitively supported through your own journey of spiritual development. My role is not to act as "the one who knows" or to hand you all the answers. Instead, I hold a deeply supportive space for you to remember that all true guidance comes from within.

We step away from placing faith in outside sources to tell us what to do, and instead focus on cultivating personal sovereignty and awakening the profound wisdom you already hold.

The intention of these sessions is to support your spiritual remembering. Together, we will help you recognize, discern, trust, and strengthen your own intuitive voice.

Through guided energy healing and journey work, we will gently notice what arises in your body, your thoughts, and your deepest sense of true knowing. We will work to open your “clairs” (clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance) to invite forth your clear channel of diving knowing.

This is deep, transformative inner work, designed for those who are ready to meet these guided processes with open-hearted dedication.

Philosophy

In this space we root ourselves in great reverence for the body’s miraculous ability to heal. We know that the same intelligence that creates worlds, also moves through every one of us.

We invite the intuitive, energetic and quantum realms of healing, and weave in the remembering of knowledge that is woven deep in our bones. We honour the sentience within all that is, and the wisdom of plants as wise-ones and wayshowers.

We remember our place as humans residing within the sacred celestial womb of Mother Earth, and we embrace our part in the great cosmic dance.
