Today is the day! I am officially opening my herbal practice, Angelica Herbal, to the public. Everyone is welcome 💚🌿

This journey has been a lifetime in the making — and it feels very special to finally be taking this step in offering herbal medicine to support the healing and well‑being of others.

Come as you are, bringing all of your concerns. In this space, your unique journey is seen, heard, and held in its entirety — no part of you is “too much,” and no condition is “too many.” We are complex beings, and herbal medicine honours the interconnectedness of every part of us — body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Herbal formulas (teas, tinctures, capsules, etc.) are custom‑crafted for each individual, because this practice recognises that we are each a unique constellation of constitution (hot/cold, oily/dry, etc.) and conditions.
